How do I get my product after I buy?
Instant-download products (wall art, planners, journals, workbooks, the Tarot Course) are delivered immediately — a download link appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to you. Personalized products are made from your birth details and emailed within 3 days.
How do the personalized readings work?
After checkout you'll get a link to a short form asking for your birth date, birth time, and birth city. We generate your forecast, chart art, or audio reading from that data and email it within 3 days.
What sizes can I print the wall art?
Every wall art set includes 4 sizes — 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 and 18x24 — and you buy the size you want. Print at home, at a local print shop, or with an online printer. Frames are not included — these are printable digital files.
What do I need for the digital planners?
The planners are hyperlinked PDFs made for tablet annotation apps like GoodNotes and Notability. They also print cleanly on paper. The 30 gold celestial stickers are PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because every product is an instant digital download, all sales are final once the file is delivered. If a file arrives damaged or you were charged in error, email hello@cosmicresetco.boutique and we will make it right.
I never got my download email — what do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first — it comes from Shopify. Still nothing? Email hello@cosmicresetco.boutique with your order number and we'll resend your files.
